How should I hang or install my product

How should I care for my product?

Clean using a clean micro-fiber cloth only to remove fingerprints or dust. 

Do not use Windex or other glass cleaners, as these contain harmful chemicals that will ruin the surface of your product 

Please be very carful installing and handling your item as acrylic can be very fragile. 

Our products are not toys, please keep them out of reach of little hands. 

When will my order arrive?

Our current turn around times are available here.

Please pay attention when placing your order, as our turn around time changes based on our workload.

PLEASE NOTE dispatch times do not include artwork proofing and delivery times.

My order has arrived broken, what should I do?

Our items are inspected thoroughly before shipping for errors and damage. They are then sealed in protective packaging.

Although we do our very best to get your order to you safely, there can be issues with postal handling from time to time.

Please check your order within 24 hours of receiving and report any damage caused during postage to hello@no27.co

Please include photographs of the damaged item in its original packaging. By removing then item from its protective coating you are accepting that it is in good condition and without damage.

How do I return my product

As all No.27 products are bespoke items, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If you have a concern with your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

All items are individually packed and quality inspected before leaving us.

On the odd chance that you think your item is faulty please contact us within 14 days of receiving the items. Items used for 14 days or longer are considered to be in good working order.

You will be required to then return your items to us for further inspection before a decision on fault is made.
